You can submit any operating business, across industries and deal sizes.

Baton reviews all submissions and will let you know quickly if a deal is a fit for our buyer network. In most cases, if it’s a real, operating business, it’s worth sharing.

The only businesses we don’t support are:

• Illegal or restricted industries (e.g. pornography, gambling, illegal substances, or criminal activity)

• Franchise license sales

• Pure asset-only sales

• Non-operational or inactive businesses

If a business is state-legal and operating, you’re encouraged to submit it.

Absolutely. You can list multiple businesses at the same time.

Referral fees apply only to buyers sourced and introduced by Baton.
